I’m a certified yoga teacher at 500 RYC, and YACEP. Studied yoga in India in Rishikesh where I started my teaching practice.
I conduct Indian Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Kids yoga, Aqua Yoga, Sound healing, and Art meditation.
I conducted both offline classes outdoors and online on FaceTime or Zoom.

I practice the most common areas of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Somatic, Yin, Restorative, Aqua, Kids yoga) as well as pranayama, sound, and art meditation, sound healing. My practices help to find harmony with yourself
Surya Namaskar
Sun Salutation or Salute to the Sun, is a practice in yoga as an exercise incorporating a flow sequence of some twelve gracefully linked asanas.
Hatha Yoga
The most popular practice. The main goal of Hatha yoga is to achieve harmony between the mind, body, and spirit through physical exercises.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Pranayama & Meditation
Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy, and “yama” means control. The practice of pranayama involves breathing exercises and patterns.
Meditation
Meditation is the practice of intentionally spending time with our minds. We take time out of our busy days to sit, breathe, and try to remain focused on our breath. Doing this helps us become more aware of our thoughts, act more compassionately toward ourselves and others, and connect with the present moment.

Aqua yoga
As the name implies, aqua yoga, also referred to as water yoga, involves practicing yoga in the water. In most cases, aqua yoga is done in an indoor or outdoor swimming pool, Aqua yoga can include numerous aspects of yoga practice, such as asanas (poses), pranayama (yoga breathwork), and meditation. 
Kids Yoga
Yoga for children is a form of modern yoga designed for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and may include age-appropriate games, animal sounds, and creative names for poses.

I conduct private classes both outdoors and online. Individual approach and you will feel more confident doing yoga with me
Group classes
Most of my classes I provided outdoors - in the parks, near the forest, near the sea. I think this best to do yoga and be with nature. I specialize in yoga for beginners, so if you want to start yoga and are afraid or unsure, this is the place for you. I will help, explain clearly and always advise how to do this or that asana better
Kids Yoga
I love yoga with children. We play yoga, do warm-up, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and art meditation (after class). I tried to have fun doing yoga with kids, so every class is Animals yoga, Super Hero yoga, or even acro yoga
Aqua yoga
I started provided aqua yoga in the swiminh pool. Every class it's standing, balancing asanas and some asanas with noodles.

(EN) After a yoga class with Tiana, I felt the way I would like to feel after a class: light, fresh, and calm. Tiana gently leads in practice, there are no questions with too complex asanas and there is an opportunity to concentrate on breathing. I especially liked pranayama at the beginning of the practice, and how Tiana explains what's what.
And of course, yoga at the waterfall and practice with singing bowls, after which you feel like your head has rebooted. In general, Tiana is truly a wondergirl - she has some kind of magic that you trust and want to go into practice.

My daughter (8 years) joined Tiana’s kids yoga class this summer and absolutely loved it. The way Tiana connects with children is really impressive and the language barrier is no problem at all. To make sure the kids understand everything, on top of explaining it to them and to showing them, she has got pictures of the positions too. Even parents can join if they want. My daughter enjoyed this so much that we joined the class every day and know she joined a yoga class at home too. Tiana has such a positive energy, it reflects on the kids. I have just returned home from a holiday in Crete where Tiana was teaching yoga. I decided to ‘give it a try’ unsure what to expect. From the offset, Tiana was very welcoming and friendly with an infectious smile and after the first class with her, I was totally hooked! On the first day, I tried Hatha yoga with Tiana which was exhilarating and she gave easy-to-follow instructions so you never felt out of place the first time. I returned the second day and went to three of her classes including Yin Yoga which was great for stretching out those tight muscles! But the most rewarding for me was learning new breathing techniques at Tiana’s Pranayama & Meditation class. After a few attempts at learning the new discipline, I felt during the class I was transported to a new dimension of calm and tranquility that I had not felt before. After the class, I walked away feeling totally enlightened. Tiana’s yoga classes are a fantastic experience that I would recommend to both experienced and beginners like myself to yoga. Another reason for returning each day was because of the attentiveness and compassion she would show each and every one in her class, making them feel special and ‘enough’. Thank you, Tiana!

I spent a week in Crete, practicing Yoga twice daily with Tiana. I can’t stress enough how dynamic she is, and how great her classes are. I attended every morning at 8.30 am and again at 5.30 pm each day with my daughter to round the day off. I felt like I was starting the day with energy and ending the day in calm - and I can’t thank Tiana enough for this. No two sessions were the same, although the sun salutations were consistent which gave me a chance to find my rhythm. In the past, I’ve dabbled a little bit with yoga at home but struggled to connect to the practice and find my rhythm. Tiana’s classes have really given me pause for reflection and routine. I was so sad on one of the days when we’d booked an excursion and couldn’t do morning yoga with her!! I went to Crete to relax from a busy life and that’s exactly what I gained here. I’ve truly enjoyed being present with my mind. Thank you, Tiana!

I attended Tiana's classes at Nana golden beach hotel. She ran a fantastic set of classes with different yoga styles and all kinds of participants.

My mother has limited shoulder mobility due to an injury and I really appreciated how Tiana adapted positions and made the class accessible for her. My 14-year-old sister enjoyed the classes too which is very impressive as, like many teenagers, it can be impossible to get her to do anything that doesn't involve a phone. Despite accommodating the people with less experience, they were still great classes for people who do the practice.

Tiana herself is lovely and creates a wonderful atmosphere. I was doing a morning and evening class which was definitely the best way to start and finish the day!

(RU) Очень нравится формат - "йога в парке" и то как ведет Tiana, каждый раз что-то новое: асаны, дыхательные упражнения, также импонирует атмосфера и внимательность Tiana, подходит, корректирует, рассказывает в каких вариациях можно выполнить асану, т.к. у каждого свои особенности тела и его тренированность. До этого занимался дома - 5 тибетцев и другие базовые асаны, но дома - это совсем другое, поэтому если вы живете где-то рядом, лучше один раз попробовать, пока еще тепло, и не важно сколько вам лет или знаете ли вы что-то о йоге - важно, то что это может изменить вашу жизнь в лучшую сторону.
Спасибо Tiana, надеюсь осень будет теплая и я смогу дальше приезжать на вело на занятия, а они и дальше будут "Бимба"
